Chief Growth Officer – Southeast Asia

We're looking for a Chief Growth Officer to lead our AI-powered transformation agenda across Southeast Asia. This is not your typical sales leadership gig. You'll be working at the edge of enterprise AI, partnering with CXOs of the region's biggest brands to turn cutting-edge tech into real business outcomes. What You'll Own
- Identify and unlock high-potential CPG enterprises and conglomerates across Southeast Asia for AI transformation
- Lead the full enterprise growth arc: from pitch to implementation to long-term success
- Drive enterprise conversations with CMOs, CSCOs, and CDOs – including deal-making, contract closure, and joint business planning
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey, shaping the AI transformation roadmap
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and solutions teams to bring AI-powered playbooks to life
- Build and lead GTM execution across Indonesia and other SEA markets
- Manage project planning and delivery hand-in-hand with internal teams
Ideal Profile
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- MBA from a top-tier institute with 5–8 years of post-MBA experience
- Good to have: Background in CPG (Unilever, P&G, Mayora, Wings) or consulting for CPG clients (McKinsey, BCG, Accenture, etc.)
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, and project delivery
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, supply chain, and brand management in the CPG context
- Hands-on with AI tools and modern work platforms (ChatGPT, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence CXO stakeholders
- Bias for action, curiosity for AI, and hunger to build something game-changing
