Senior Product Manager
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and execution of next-generation AI agents that power enterprise workflows across marketing, sales, and analytics. This isn't a traditional product role – it's an end-to-end builder position for someone who can turn ambiguity into clarity, prototypes into production, and agents into enterprise game-changers. You'll join the team behind KJ, Calvinball Tech's AI Super Agent already deployed with the world's biggest brands – and help drive its next chapter of product depth, speed, and scale.
What You'll Own
End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the full lifecycle of AI agents (playbooks) that analyze, predict, and execute across marketing, sales, and analytics workflows – from concept to deployment.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central product voice across marketing, engineering, and design. Coordinate with GTM and AI research teams to translate rough needs into scalable, delightful agentic products.
User-Centric Flow Design: Break down ambiguous user problems into structured agent flows – mapping clear paths from input data to intelligent outputs. Blend clarity with creativity.
High-Velocity Execution: Maintain a strong product shipping pace while installing long-term systems that ensure architectural coherence and scalability. You'll introduce and lead rituals like weekly decision loops and product success reviews.
Org-Scale Thinking: Contribute to the evolution of KJ's product structure as it grows – influencing org design, vertical ownership models, and cross-functional product rhythms.
Continuous Iteration: Embed user feedback and real performance metrics into tight product loops. Improve agent behavior and output quality through hands-on iteration and learning.
Ideal Profile
- 10-15 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-native tools
- Proven track record of building products from 0 → 1 and scaling them to production
- Deep product sense – sharp at distinguishing what's delightful from what's just functional
- Familiarity with LLMs, agent architectures, or no-code/low-code tools (e.g., LangChain, Make, Zapier) is a plus
- Comfortable in high-velocity environments and working tightly with cross-functional teams
