We're looking for a high-performance video editor who can turn raw, fast-moving inputs into polished, high-impact outputs - fast. At CalvinBall Technologies, videos are more than just content – they're our pitch deck, our voice, and our stage. You'll lead the execution of product demos, testimonials, YouTube formats, and podcast edits. If you're fluent in video tools, obsessed with crisp visual storytelling, and excited to elevate every frame – this role is built for you.

What You'll Own

Create High-Impact Product Videos: Own the end-to-end production of high-quality product demos and explainer videos. You'll translate complex AI workflows and feature sets into clear, engaging visual narratives for sales, investors, internal training, and live events.

Own Multi-Channel Video Content Execution: Lead the creation and editing of video content across YouTube, social platforms, customer testimonials, and podcast formats. You'll ensure each asset is polished, brand-aligned, and optimized for its target channel and audience.

Drive an AI-Native Production Workflow: Use the latest AI-powered tools (like Runway, Descript, Pika, Synthesia, CapCut, and more) to scale speed and precision across your video projects. Build repeatable systems using branded templates, design assets, and motion libraries.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to translate rough recordings, feature drops, and team insights into visual stories that are crisp, creative, and conversion-ready.

Experiment and Elevate: Continuously explore new tools, formats, and editing techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible – raising both the production quality and creative bar with every video shipped.

Ideal Profile

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in video editing, motion design, or content production
  • A strong portfolio with product demos, testimonials, YouTube/podcast edits
  • Deep visual instincts — pacing, transitions, typography, color grading, and brand alignment
  • Self-starter mindset — fast, organized, and comfortable shipping without hand-holding
  • Bonus points:
    • If you are fluent with AI tools that supercharge post-production workflows
    • If you have worked in SaaS, AI, or enterprise video
    • If you have scripted social-first formats or short-form demo cuts
    • If you have animated clean UI screens or understand YouTube growth mechanics
